Montpelier, Vt. – Republican gubernatorial candidate Brian Dubie has announced he will not be attending an April 28th debate between Vermont gubernatorial candidates at the Barre Town Middle and Elementary School. The debate, organized by seventh- and eighth-graders, was to be the first in which Brian Dubie had agreed to participate.
